Recurrent Report Updates to Answer EV Shopper Questions
One of the best parts of my job is meeting with our commercial partners to understand their goals and how Recurrent can support them. A common theme is the need for flexible information and resources so our customers can meet buyers where they are in their EV journey.
Why is this such an important opportunity for many auto companies in 2024?
- Many businesses are squeezing EVs into product suites designed for gas cars – engines, cylinders, transmissions, odometers. This means that anxieties about EVs often get overlooked.
- As the EV market grows beyond early adopters, companies must adapt to speak to mass market motivations, concerns and questions. Answers have to be simple and companies must speak with knowledge and authority.
- The used EV market is getting more complex as dozens of models make their way from new-car brochures to used car lots. That means everyone needs to navigate a lot of new data: charging estimates, range expectations, battery configurations, and powertrain warranties.
A refresh to Recurrent Reports is here to help
I’m excited to share our updated Recurrent Reports after months of wireframing, designing, and product testing. I’d like to thank everyone who contributed, from our corporate customers, auto expert friends, and the entire Recurrent team.
The key product updates include:
- Prioritized information for key shopper questions: range, value and charging
- Expanded insights on tax credit eligibility
- Enhanced responsive design for buyer and seller accessibility
Here is a video to highlight several of these changes.
Our team would enjoy hearing your feedback. Comments or ideas can be shared here. Questions about new modules can be directed to your Recurrent account lead or contact@recurrentauto.com.
